Lhasa, the holy city of Tibetan Buddhism.
It is the locus of longing for Tibetans everywhere, the destination they aspire to make pilgrimage to once in their lifetime.
From 2009 to 2010, and again from 2015 to 2016, after visiting the regions of Kham and Amdo, I found myself heading to Lhasa again, and yet again.
