Returns

For purchases made through our online shop, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Customer Service page within the 14-day return period and provide your order number or the purchaser’s phone number. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

Item Condition

Returned items must be kept in their original condition as when received, with no writing, signatures, markings, or signs of use. All original packaging must be included.

Return Shipping Fees

• For orders shipped within Taiwan, we cover the return shipping costs regardless of the reason for the return.
• For international orders, if the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs; for returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
• We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
