《All the Stuff We Cooked: 49 recipes》是丹麥哥本哈根出身、受過精緻餐飲訓練的知名主廚 Frederik Bille Brahe 首本食譜書的全新版本。本書還同時邀請到日本藝術家平山昌尚，為內容進行插畫創作 。
誕生於 Covid-19 時期，《All the Stuff We Cooked》初版收錄 44 道料理，除了有 Frederik Bille Brahe 在哥本哈根知名餐廳 Atelier September、Apollo Bar 與 Kafeteria 中的經典料理，也包含他在家中為家人準備的家常菜；新版則在保留原有內容以外新增了 5 道食譜。
Frederik Bille Brahe 曾在倫敦與巴黎工作、學習廚藝，之後回到家鄉，實現自己開設一間咖啡廳的夢想。2013 年 10 月開設的 Café Atelier September 成為他後續多項計畫的起點，包括在米蘭、東京、紐約與倫敦舉辦 pop-up，和知名室內設計與生活雜誌 Apartamento 合作，以及為各類活動與品牌擔任創意指導。
