I've always been fascinated by the word "touch" —whether it's its sound, its meaning of "physical contact," or the sense of "being moved." To me, it holds a special allure. That's why I once created a folder on my computer and named it "touch." For the Jia Exhibition Special Exhibition, I selected moments where hands interact with the world-touching rain, feeling small animals, or gently brushing against tiny insects. To me, these photographs represent my way of understanding and sensing the world around me. I also invite you to step into this realm constructed through touch—to touch alongside me.
